These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SENTO platform and services. SENTO is operated by SENTO SOLUTIONS LLC, a New York limited liability company located at 1324 40th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11218 (“SENTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using SENTO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the SENTO service.

1.Our Service

SENTO is a marketing and customer communication platform. We provide businesses, organizations, nonprofits, schools, and other approved customers with tools to communicate with their customers, members, clients, supporters, and other audiences through marketing and communication campaigns.

Depending on your plan, SENTO may provide tools for:

  • Managing contact lists
  • Organizing audiences
  • Creating campaigns
  • Scheduling campaigns
  • Sending communications
  • Managing links
  • Tracking campaign performance
  • Managing credits and usage
  • Monitoring delivery and engagement
  • Other marketing and communication features

SENTO is a technology and communication platform. SENTO is not a charity, nonprofit, or fundraising organization, and does not solicit or collect charitable donations. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their own recipients before sending messages through SENTO. We do not guarantee that every communication will be delivered, because delivery can depend on mobile carriers, networks, recipient devices, third-party providers, and other factors outside SENTO’s control.

2.Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a SENTO account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Keeping your account information accurate and current
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account

SENTO may require additional information or verification before approving an account or allowing messaging activity.

3.Account and Campaign Approval

SENTO may review an organization, business, campaign, contact list, or intended use before allowing communications to be sent. SENTO may:

  • Approve or reject an account
  • Request additional information
  • Review campaigns
  • Limit sending volume
  • Pause campaigns
  • Reject campaigns
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate accounts

Approval does not guarantee delivery or campaign performance.

4.Opted-In Contacts

You may only use SENTO to communicate with recipients who have appropriately opted in to receive the type of communications you are sending.

You may not upload or use:

  • Purchased contact lists
  • Scraped lists
  • Harvested contact information
  • Randomly generated phone numbers
  • Lists obtained without appropriate permission

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate records showing how each recipient gave permission to receive communications from your organization. SENTO may request evidence of consent at any time.

5.Opt-Outs and Unsubscriptions

You must honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests.

You may not continue sending marketing or promotional communications to recipients who have opted out, except where permitted by applicable law.

SENTO may automatically process unsubscribe requests or maintain suppression lists to help prevent unwanted communications.

6.Acceptable Use

SENTO may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. Prohibited uses include:

  • Fraud or scams

  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

SENTO may restrict or prohibit additional categories of content or industries at its discretion. Certain industries or campaigns may require additional review or approval.

7.Message Quality and Deliverability

SENTO uses built-in controls designed to protect the platform, our customers, recipients, and message deliverability. These controls exist to support responsible communication and healthy sending practices.

SENTO may restrict:

  • Misleading content
  • Obfuscated words or characters
  • Suspicious links
  • Certain URL shorteners
  • Unusual sending patterns
  • Sudden increases in sending volume
  • Other patterns that may negatively affect recipients or deliverability

SENTO may modify, reject, pause, or require changes to campaigns that do not meet its messaging standards.

8.Links

SENTO may require links included in communications to use SENTO-controlled links or redirects. This allows SENTO to help monitor, protect, and manage the links used in campaigns.

You may not use SENTO links to direct recipients to malicious, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content. SENTO may disable links that violate these Terms.

9.Credits and Payments

Certain SENTO features require purchasing credits or subscribing to a paid plan. Credits are used according to the applicable plan and pricing structure.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Credits have no cash value.
  • Credits are not transferable.
  • Credits may not be resold.
  • Pricing and plans may change with appropriate notice.
  • Certain purchases may be non-refundable.

SENTO may suspend sending privileges for unpaid balances or other payment issues.

11.Customer Content and Contact Data

You remain responsible for the contact lists, messages, links, images, and other information you upload or submit to SENTO (“Customer Content”).

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide this information to SENTO and to use it for your campaigns.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit the SENTO platform without written permission.

  • Any particular marketing or campaign results

15.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENTO and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the SENTO service.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost or corrupted data, or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not SENTO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
